Thank you for supporting SnuzzleTime!

Due to the nature of subscription products, all subscription payments are non-refundable once a monthly order has been processed.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to replace the damaged items when appropriate.

Subscription cancellations must be made before your next billing date. Once a subscription renewal has been processed, that month's shipment cannot be refunded.

Customers may manage or cancel their subscription at any time through their customer account.
