Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their Snuzzler Color Club subscription at any time through their customer account.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be completed before the next renewal date.

If a subscription renewal payment has already been processed, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and that month's shipment will still be sent.

Subscription payments are non-refundable once a renewal has been processed.

Customers may manage their subscription, payment method, and billing information through their customer account.
