Shipping Schedule

Snuzzler Color Club shipments are generally mailed on or around the 20th of each month.

If the 20th falls on a Sunday or postal holiday, shipments will be mailed on the next available postal business day.

To receive the current month's shipment, subscriptions must be placed by the 17th of the month. Subscriptions placed after the 17th will begin with the following month's shipment.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available only for active Snuzzler Color Club subscription shipments mailed within the United States.

Free shipping does not apply to any future standalone products, special releases, limited editions, merchandise, or other items sold separately unless specifically stated otherwise.

Shipping Locations

At this time, SnuzzleTime ships only within the United States.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on postal service conditions, weather, holidays, and other factors beyond our control.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Mail

If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged items.

SnuzzleTime is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for maintaining a current and accurate shipping address.
